Here at Vaimoana we have an awesome activities station which is packed full of fun activities for you to do during your days here at Vaimoana!
Activities Pass
We offer an Activities Pass fee of $80WST per day which gives you a pass to use any of the available equipment for the whole day. Please take only one thing at a time.
Kayaks
Our kayaks can be found down on the beach, and their use is complimentary in your stay. Please take a lifejacket and a paddle which can be found in the Activities Station in front of reception. We ask that you let one of our staff members know before you head out for a kayak and read the safety information at the equipment station.
Kayaking along our coastline is safe and enjoyable. Our guests often spot turtles out in our bay. You can kayak out to the coral island in the bay – please ask our staff for more information about safety when doing this and read the safety information found at the Activities Station.
Pontoons
We have three floating pontoons in our bay for your enjoyment, and you can also jump or dive from our jetty. Please use common sense and check the depth and location of the rocks before you jump.
Snorkelling Equipment
We have snorkeling equipment for hire at $15WST per set for the day. Please ask at the front desk if you wish to hire a snorkel. 
Bikes
We have bikes for hire at the Activities Station in front of reception for $30WST per day. Please ask at the front desk if you’d like to hire a bike. There are a few places that you can bike to in the Asau area, such as our local swimming hole, Vaisala Resort for snorkeling, the Canopy walkway and even just a bike through our village can be a pleasant experience.
Fishing Rods
Fishing rods are available for hire from the Activities Station for $20WST per day. You can fish from anywhere along the front of the Lodge, from the rocks or the jetty. If you are lucky you might come back with a nice trevelli for your lunch!
Stand Up Paddle Boards
Stand Up Paddle Boards are available from the Activities Station for $20WST per hour. Please ask at reception for more information.
